The venues nobody has written about, and one that everybody did
21 places are trading in this shire that appear in none of the 30 guides still ranking for it. Most of them have never had a page written about them at all.
Why these have pages and the rest do not
This guide holds no opening hours, no prices and no menus, because almost no venue publishes them in a form worth reprinting — 3 of the 61 sites read for the register expose hours, and 2 expose a price range. A page for every venue would therefore be 65 versions of the same short row, which is the definition of the thing this site was built to be the opposite of.
So a venue gets a page when there is something to say that the register cannot say in a line. That turns out to be two groups. The first is the 20 rooms below that no guide has ever covered: the entire published record on them is their own website, and the gap between that and the 30 guides is the finding this site exists to report.
The second is a single closed restaurant whose website is still serving a full restaurant homepage months after the doors shut. That is the entry that decided how every other status in this register is confirmed.
What these pages hold, and what they cannot
Each one opens with the same short table: what the place is, which area it is in and how far that is from the middle of town, when the status was last confirmed and by which source, and how many of the 30 guides name it. Then a location map, and then whatever the venue's own site makes it possible to say without guessing.
The maps are drawn from the register's coordinates, and they are not all equally precise, so each one says which it is. 13 of the 21 venues hold a coordinate of their own and get a dot on the spot; the remaining 8 hold only the area the register assigns them, and get a circle over that area with a caption saying so. A circle is the honest shape there: a geocoder that cannot find an address will happily return a point anyway, and a point on a walkability map is a claim about a doorway.
15 of the 21 publish a street address that a source naming that venue actually states. 12 publish a menu on their own site, which is the closest thing to a price this guide will show you, and 5 take a table booking online. Where a page is silent on one of those, it means the venue's own site did not show it when the register was built, never that the venue does not do it.
11 of them are inside the first ring, which is walkable from the middle of town in about twenty minutes. The other 10 need a car, out as far as Frida's Field at 17.2 km. That distance is measured between coordinates rather than driven, so treat it as the crow flies and add the hills.
What none of them carries is opening hours. Almost no venue in this shire publishes them, a wrong “closed Mondays” sends somebody across town for nothing, and the whole point of a dated register is to only say what can be shown. A status of trading means the business is operating, not that it is serving at this hour.

The one with no page
Community Bagels is trading, confirmed in August 2026, and in none of the 30 guides — but with no website located and nothing published beyond a directory listing, there is nothing here that the register row does not already say. A page would be an empty frame around it.
Questions about these pages
Why do only some venues have a page?
Because only some of them have anything on a page that the register does not already carry. No opening hours, prices or menus are held for any venue here, so a page per venue would be 65 near-identical stubs. The 21 here each answer a question the register cannot: what a place that no guide has ever written about actually is, or what happened to one that has closed.
What about the other venues?
They are all in the register, with their area, the month the status was last confirmed, the source that confirmed it, and a link to their own site — which is where a current answer lives.
How was "in none of the guides" established?
30 travel and food guides that link to this domain were fetched and read, and every venue named in them was recorded. A count of zero means the venue is named in none of the 30. Those guides were written between 2015 and 2019, so a zero means the place opened after them, never that it is obscure.
